The Tommy's Award

The Tommy’s Award recognises pupils’ commitment to all aspects of life at Sir Thomas Rich’s, helping them to become well-educated and well-rounded young adults ready to take their place in the world. To achieve the Tommy’s Award in Year 7 (the Bronze Award), pupils need to evidence how they have met the criteria for each of our six key characteristics.

Pupils who achieve the Bronze Award by the end of Year 7 are presented with a certificate and an enamel pin badge in a special assembly. They then progress to the Silver Award in Year 8 and the Gold Award by the end of Year 9.
