We are delighted to announce that after a thorough and rigorous process, Mr Matthew Lynch has been appointed our new Headmaster, effective from September 2024. He will replace our current, longstanding Headmaster, Mr Matthew Morgan, who will be leaving to take up a new role as Headmaster at Bishop Wordsworth’s School in Salisbury. We ran a competitive and rigorous selection process, and attracted a strong field of applicants, from state and independent sectors, including serving Heads in other schools. Mr Lynch was exceptional at every stage of the process. Mr Lynch has taught at Rich’s since 2006. We know that his dedication to the School, unerring professionalism and commitment to continuous improvement will make him an exceptional Headmaster. Please join us in congratulating Mr Lynch.
